shahriar shadab is an iranian-australian animator from new south wales. he is a published illustrator and has worked as a storyboard artist on commercials, music videos and films. shahriar wrote and directed three shorts that were official selections of the sydney underground film festival in 2008, '09 and '10. he received his ma from the college of fine arts in sydney, australia, majoring in animation and video. he completed his first participation in a feature length film in june 2012, creating sequences for the documentary "hiding in the spotlight".
